IMPORTANT: If paying in Dollars, Euros or other currencies, the currency conversion on the date of payment qualifies and should equal the South African rand amount.
Bookings are confirmed upon payment of a 25% deposit of the total amount payable. 
Please use your name as a reference (your name must be exactly the same as on the booking form)
Once a deposit has been paid, the balance is payable either online, electronic transfer, by credit card or with cash. 
Cash payments are to be paid directly to Safarii personnel in South African rand, upon arrival at the camp in Kruger Park, or by credit card at the camp.

CANCELLATION POLICY (Refunds)
1. Cancellations 7 days or more prior to departure date will be fully refunded. 
2. Cancellations between 6 days and 3 days prior to departure date – 50% refund
3. Any cancellations made 2 days or less prior to departure will forfeit the amount paid.
4. Any change in dates for a booking needs to be confirmed at least 15 days in advance. 
5. Exceptional cases will be considered.
